Park Rules

  • No Smoking Inside Rental Units, Bathrooms, Laundry, or Pool Area.
  • Rental rates Include Two Adults. Additional occupants $150/month each
  • Management Must Be Notified in Advance of Additional Guests
  • No Loud Noises, Music, or Parties
  • No Lifeguard on Duty - Swim at Your Own Risk
  • Do Not Remove Furniture From the Pool Area
  • By Booking, Renters Agree to Abide by All Rules Listed Above
  • Tenants staying one month or longer are responsible for electricity
  • Water, Sewer, Trash and WiFi are Included with Space Rent
